Terms of Service
These terms govern the use of HappyLoads.com, including listings, membership, billing and platform access.
1. Service
HappyLoads.com is an online freight marketplace for posting loads, publishing available transport, exchanging offers, messaging, route planning and coordinating transport agreements.
2. User responsibilities
- Provide accurate registration, company, contact and listing information.
- Use the platform lawfully and respect the rights of other users.
- Keep login credentials confidential and report suspected misuse.
- Pay for any selected paid membership or service when applicable.
3. Platform responsibilities
- Provide access to the platform during the active membership period, except for maintenance or incidents.
- Provide reasonable support for platform use through the published contact channels.
- Restrict access when a user violates these terms, applicable law or platform security.
- Improve or change platform functionality to maintain security, performance and product quality.
4. Pricing and payments
Platform billing covers marketplace and workspace access. The transport price is agreed directly between the shipper and the carrier. Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers such as Paysera.
Automatic recurring charging is not used unless explicitly introduced and disclosed in the product in the future.
5. Membership and access
Carrier membership may be activated after a trial or payment confirmation. Access periods and feature limits are shown during ordering or account management.
6. Refunds and cancellation
The service is provided digitally. Refunds are reviewed case by case, for example when access was not provided due to a platform-side failure. Requests must be sent to info@happyloads.com with payment details.
7. Liability
Users are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their listings, offers and communications. HappyLoads.com is not a party to the transport contract unless expressly agreed otherwise.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Disputes are first handled through negotiation and, if unresolved, under the applicable legal procedure.
